REW SRV

“REW‐SRV” is a system created for the wireless control of “electrically operated stairlifts, in compliance with the UNI EN 81.40:2020 norm”.
It is composed of the following devices:

‐ RADIO transmitter on the FLOOR: It is installed on each floor where users can get on board or off board from the stairlift.
‐ HANDHELD RADIO transmitter: This is a portable transmitter and is used by the user to control the stairlift when he is on board, or by a companion of a disabled user who controls the stairlift up close.
‐ SMARTPHONE (IOS/ANDROID) EQUIPPED WITH THE “SMARTMOVEUSER” APP: Using a smartphone, with this APP installed, the user can send the same commands as the radio transmitters via the smartphone’s BLUETOOTH connection.
‐ RADIO 433Mhz and BLUETOOTH RECEIVER: The radio receiver is an electronic board that receives commands from the transmitters, via a 433MHz radio channel, or from the smartphone, via Bluetooth, and sends them to the electronic control board of the stairlift.

The radio receiver adapts to the interface with which the stair lift’s electronic control board is equipped:

‐RELAY interface
‐ NPN/PNP TRANSISTOR interface
‐ RS232 serial interface
‐ I2C serial interface
‐ SPI serial interface.

REW srl creates the “REW‐SRV” system according to the needs of the stairlift manufacturer, customizing size and shape of transmitters, silk‐screen membrane, size, shape and mechanical fixing of the receiver, electrical interface and communication protocol between receiver and stairlift electronic main board.

The “REW‐SRV” System implements the functions of “Wireless Controls” in compliance with the UNI EN 81.40:2020 paragraph 5.5.13.

The “REW‐SRV” System can implement the function of “two‐way voice communication device” in compliance with the UNI EN 81.40:2020 paragraph 5.5.16.1.

The “REW‐SRV” System can be configured so that the use of the stairlift is enabled only if the user has the smartphone with him.

This ensures that, in the event of an emergency, the user can quickly call for help. The APP installed on the smartphone is equipped with an emergency button which is associated with any emergency numbers to call.
This functionality of the receiver, if configured, allows you not to install an emergency call device on the stairlift, significantly reducing its cost.

REW srl has received a positive opinion from REW srl has received a positive opinion from TÜV Italia s.r.l. with order 722326368 regarding the EN 81-40:2020 norm, clauses 5.5.13 and 5.5.16.1 with sending of the conformity report on 10/12/2023.

REW SRV

“REW‐SRV” ist ein System zur drahtlosen Steuerung von “elektrisch betriebenen Treppenliften, konform mit der UNI EN 81.40:2020‐Verordnung”.
Es besteht aus den folgenden Geräten:

‐ FUNK‐Sender auf der Etage: Er wird auf jeder Etage installiert, wo Benutzer in den Treppenlift ein‐ und aussteigen können.
‐ HANDFUNK‐Sender: Es handelt sich um einen tragbaren Sender, der vom Benutzer zur Steuerung des Treppenlifts an Bord oder von einem Begleiter des behinderten Benutzers verwendet wird, der den Treppenlift aus der Nähe steuert.
‐ SMARTPHONE (IOS/ANDROID) AUSGESTATTET MIT DER APP “SMARTMOVEUSER”: Mit einem Smartphone, auf dem diese APP installiert ist, kann der Benutzer über die BLUETOOTH‐Verbindung des Smartphones dieselben Befehle wie die Funksender senden.
‐ 433‐MHz‐ und BLUETOOTH‐RADIO‐EMPFÄNGER: Der Funkempfänger ist eine elektronische Platine, die Befehle von den Sendern über einen 433‐MHz‐Funkkanal oder vom Smartphone über Bluetooth empfängt und an die elektronische Steuerplatine des Treppenlifts sendet.

Der Funkempfänger passt sich an die Schnittstelle an, mit der die Elektronikplatine des Treppenlifts ausgestattet ist:

‐ RELAY‐Schnittstelle
‐ NPN/PNP‐TRANSISTOR‐Schnittstelle
‐ Serielle RS232‐Schnittstelle
‐ Serielle I2C‐Schnittstelle
‐ Serielle SPI‐Schnittstelle.

REW srl erstellt das „REW‐SRV“‐System entsprechend den Anforderungen des Treppenliftherstellers und passt dabei Größe und Form der Sender, Siebdruckmembran, Größe, Form und mechanische Befestigung des Empfängers, elektrische Schnittstelle und Kommunikationsprotokoll zwischen den an Empfänger und der elektronischen Steuerplatine Treppenliftsteuerung.
Das „REW‐SRV“‐System implementiert die „Cableless Controls“‐Funktionen gemäß UNI EN 81.40:2020 Absatz 5.5.13.

Das „REW‐SRV“‐System implementiert das „Zwei‐Wege‐Sprachkommunikationssystem“ gemäß UNI EN 81.40:2020 Absatz 5.5.16.1.

Das „REW‐SRV“‐System kann so konfiguriert werden, dass die Nutzung des Treppenlifts nur dann möglich ist, wenn der Nutzer sein Smartphone dabei hat. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass der Benutzer im Notfall schnell Hilfe rufen kann. Die auf dem Smartphone installierte APP ist mit einer Notruftaste ausgestattet, der alle anzurufenden Notrufnummern zugeordnet sind.
Wenn diese Funktionalität des Empfängers konfiguriert ist, können Sie auf die Installation eines Notrufgeräts am Treppenlift verzichten, was die Kosten erheblich senkt.

REW srl hat eine positive Stellungnahme vom TÜV Italia s.r.l. erhalten. mit Bestellung 722326368 zur Norm EN 81- 40:2020, Abschnitte 5.5.13 und 5.5.16.1 mit Versand des Konformitätsberichts am 12.10.2023.

REW SRV

“REW‐SRV” es un sistema realizado para el contole sin cables de los “salvaescaleras eléctricos, que cumplen con la norma UNI EN 81.40:2020”.

Está compuesto por los siguientes dispositivos:

‐ TRANSMISOR RADIO EN PISO: Se instala en cada planta donde los usuarios pueden subir y bajar del salvaescaleras.
‐ TRANSMISOR RADIO DE MANO: Es un transmisor portátil y lo utiliza el usuario para controlar el salvaescaleras cuando está a bordo, o por un acompañante del usuario discapacitado que controla el salvaescaleras de cerca.
‐ SMARTPHONE (IOS/ANDROID) EQUIPADO CON APLICACIÓN “SMARTMOVEUSER”: utilizando uno smartphone con este APP instalada, el usuario puede enviar los mismos comandos que los transmisores de radio a través de la conexión BLUETOOTH del Smartphone.
‐ RADIO RECEPTOR 433Mhz y BLUETOOTH: El receptor de radio es una placa electrónica que recibe comandos de los transmisores, a través de un canal de radio de 433 MHz, o del SmartPhone, a través de Bluetooth, y los envía a la placa de control electrónico del salvaescaleras.

El receptor radio se adapta a la interfaz con la que está equipada la placa electrónica del salvaescaleras:

‐ Interfaz de RELÉ
‐ Interfaz TRANSISTOR NPN/PNP
‐ Interfaz serie RS232
‐ Interfaz serie I2C
‐ Interfaz serie SPI.

REW srl realiza el sistema “REW‐SRV” según las necesitades del fabricante del salvaescaleras, personalizando la dimensión, la forma de los transmisores, la membrana serigrafiada, la dimensión, la forma y la fijación mecánica del receptor, la interfaz eléctrica y el protocolo de comunicación entre el receptor y el tablero electrónico de control del salvaescaleras.

El sistema “REW‐SRV” implementa las funciones de “Controles sin cables” de conformidad con la norma UNI EN 81.40:2020 párrafo 5.5.13.
El sistema “REW‐SRV” puede implementar la funciòn de “dispositivo de comunicación vocal bidirectional”, que cumple la norma UNI EN 81.40:2020 parrafo 5.5.16.1.

El sistema “REW‐SRV” se puede configurar para que el uso del salvaescaleras esté habilitado únicamente si el usuario lleva consigo su smartphone. Esto garantiza que, en caso de una emergencia, el usuario pueda pedir ayuda rápidamente. La APP instalada en el smartphone está equipada con un botón de emergencia al que se asocian los posibles números de emergencia a llamar.
Esta funcionalidad del receptor, si está configurada, permite no instalar un dispositivo de llamada de emergencia en el salvaescaleras, reduciendo significativamente su coste.

REW srl ha recibido una opinión positiva de TÜV Italia s.r.l. con orden 722326368 relativa a la norma EN 81-40:2020, cláusulas 5.5.13 y 5.5.16.1 con envío del informe de conformidad el 12/10/2023.

SMARTPLAT

The Smartplat System, designed and developed by REW SRL, allows the user to send commands to his vertical platform directly from his SMARTPHONE.
This innovative system deletes completely the installation price of one or more call boxes and possibly the price of the column that contains it (for example in the case of external systems).
In that way, also direct vandalic acts to the call box are excluded.
Only the authorized users will have the possibility to command the platform, using the APP “SMARTPLAT”.
Indeed, at the moment of the installation of the APP on his smartphone, the user will have to setting, once and for all, the password associates to the system, obtaining the permission for using the platform.
The standard APP has three commands (up – down – open).
When a command is pressed, the corresponding button expands to the entire screen, preventing the accidental pressing of other buttons, facilitating the use of the commands if the user has limited dexterity.
On customer require, it is possible to modify the button graphics and LOGO, adding or deleting commands, and modify the functionalities.

Das System Smartplat, entworfen und entwickelt von REW SRL, ermoglich es dem Benutzer, direkt von seinem Smartphone aus Befehle an seine vertikale Plattform zu senden.
Dieses innovative System eliminiert vollständig die Kosten für die Installation einer oder mehrerer Rufe an der Wand und möglicherweise der Säule, die sie enthält (z. B. bei externen Systemen).
Dadurch wird auch Vandalismus an der Sprechstelle verhindert.
Nur autorisierte Benutzer haben die Möglichkeit, die Plattform mit der „SMARTPLAT“-APP zu steuern.
Tatsächlich muss der Benutzer während der Installationsphase der APP auf dem Smartphone ein für alle Mal das mit dem System verbundene Passwort festlegen, um die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung der Plattform zu erhalten
Die Standard-APP hat drei Befehle (Auf – Ab – Öffnen).
Wenn ein Befehl gedrückt wird, erweitert sich die entsprechende Schaltfläche auf den gesamten Bildschirm, was ein versehentliches Drücken anderer Schaltflächen verhindert und somit die Verwendung der Befehle erleichtert, falls der Benutzer über eine eingeschränkte Fingerfertigkeit verfügen sollte. Auf Wunsch des Kunden ist es möglich, die Grafik und das LOGO der Schaltflächen zu modifizieren, Befehle hinzuzufügen oder zu entfernen und deren Funktionalität zu modifizieren.
